Job summary

parcelLab is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist on a part-time basis to oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll across all entities and EoRs, coordinating with external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will act as the liaison between Finance and People teams, handle employee pay queries, and drive process improvements while maintaining audit trails for all jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience running payroll across multiple jurisdictions (DE, UK, US, FR).
• Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements and external provider collaboration.
• Experience with HRIS or EoR platforms and payroll tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across entities and EoRs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance and People teams, maintain audit trails and documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for payroll queries and drive process improvements.
