Job summary

Vistra is seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Manager to own the client relationships across global payroll and workforce solutions. You will drive renewals, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion client needs, aiming for 95%+ renewal rates while supporting onboarding, health, and expansion opportunities across multiple countries.

This role is remote with occasional office visits, offering a flexible work arrangement for candidates located in the NL/Europe region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client management or customer success in B2B SaaS/managed services.
• 2–3 years payroll industry experience preferred.
• Proven renewal and account retention track record.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal lifecycle with 95%+ renewal rate target across portfolio.
• Build deep client relationships with stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Lead Executive/QBRs and provide strategic insight to product/ops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and expansion.
