Job summary

Zero Motorcycles in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager Global Parts & Accessories to lead the global P&A strategy and oversee operations across regions, reporting to the Director of Global After Sales.

You will drive growth, manage budgets, and collaborate with dealer networks, ensuring product content quality and premium brand positioning. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader willing to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in automotive or aftermarket commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry; EVs/motorcycles preferred.
• Experience in business management, category management, buying or selling.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; data-driven.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global P&A strategy to drive sustainable growth.
• Lead and develop the global P&A organization across regions.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality execution.
• Manage partnerships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular leadership reporting including sales forecasting and performance.
