Job summary

Zero Motorcycles is seeking a Sales Coordinator to grow wholesale activity, keep sales administration accurate, and collaborate with teams across regions. The role demands multilingual English, German, and Dutch, with strong organizational and CRM capabilities.

You will manage orders, track the sales pipeline, and support campaigns and dealer relations. The position combines commercial and operational work within a fast-growing EV company.

Qualifications

• Multilingual: fluent in English, German and Dutch.
• Experience with CRM and sales processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day commercial, procedural, and system questions and track actions.
• Coordinate sales orders, deliveries, and associated credit/debit notes.
• Maintain CRM visibility of the sales pipeline with Country Managers.
• Collaborate on market campaigns, dealer engagement, and product launches.
