Vopak Netherlands seeks a Global OT Solutions Director to drive the global OT landscape, shaping a future‑proof vision for safe, efficient terminal operations worldwide. You will define standards, manage vendor relationships, and govern OT security and alarm management while aligning with the Senior VP Digital Solutions.

You will bridge global strategy with local execution, acting as Product Owner for the Vopak Edge Platform and Terminal Automation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field, IT, Automation, or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years in OT and/or IT, with preference for terminal operations or process industries.
• Experience leading application development, implementations, and handovers to operations using Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of DCS, MES, IIoT, sensors, batching and scheduling packages.
• Familiar with ISA-88, ISA-95 and information security standards (ISO 27001).
• Experience with IT service management and governance frameworks (ITIL/ASL).
• Lean and BPM process improvement experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global OT strategy, establishing standard blueprints for sites.
• Own the Vopak Edge Platform and Terminal Automation solutions lifecycle and roadmaps.
• Oversee IT/OT integrations (DCS, automation) and cross‑functional vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with Global Asset Management and SHEQ on CapEx reviews and safety matters.
