The candidate will be responsible for bridging the Business Unit with Global Supply and Operations, ensuring alignment on tactical and strategic plans. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industrial process engineering/manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and end-to-end operational processes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary connection between Business Unit and Global Supply/Operations.
• Engage in strategic planning for capacity, manufacturing development, and technology investments.
• Lead risk management within the stage gate process.
