Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to drive productivity, process optimization, and organizational change across the IPP organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Business Operations to deliver measurable improvements.

You will report to the Global IPP Business Operations Manager. The role is hybrid and preferably near an IPP facility, with a focus on simplifying processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Change Management or Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead business productivity projects across the IPP organization focusing on improving efficiency and operational performance.
• Drive change management activities for strategic initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Business Operations to align priorities and processes.
• Analyze operational trends to identify improvements and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop project charters, roadmaps, and success metrics for IPP initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to automate manual processes and standardize tools and governance.
