Job summary

Workwize is seeking a junior to mid-level Operations Project Manager to join our Service Operations teams. You will own improvement projects across Retrievals, Delivery, Procuring, Warehousing, or M&D, and drive end-to-end operational enhancements.

You will thrive in ambiguity, communicate proactively, and turn complex challenges into scalable solutions while coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams. This role suits a proactive problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in project-based, operational, or consulting environments.
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ownership mentality and end-to-end thinking.
• Data-driven with ability to use metrics to prioritise impact.

Responsibilities

• Own ~2 concurrent improvement projects within your assigned service, from problem definition through measurable outcomes.
• Identify root causes behind operational inefficiencies, SLA misses, and escalation patterns.
• Track performance before and after changes to validate impact and sustainability.
• Work cross‑functionally with Technology, other SO teams, and external partners to implement solutions.
