MSF Netherlands is seeking an Operational Logistics Advisor (OLA) based in Amsterdam. You will manage and support Logistics Coordinators across country programs, aligning field operations with HQ strategies to ensure effective logistics, safety and technical operations.

Applicants should have 5–7 years of logistics experience, a Higher vocational/BSc/MSc in Logistics, and strong data skills (Excel, GIS, Power BI). Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.

Formación

Higher vocational/BSc/MSc in Logistics.
5–7 years' experience as Logistics Coordinator or Head of Mission in the field.
Fluent in English is essential; Arabic and French are desirable.

Responsabilidades

Steer tailoring of general logistics policies to the local context and needs.
Provide advice to ensure responsiveness, agility, quality, efficiency and availability of logistics/technical support.
Act as focal point for Logistics Coordinators in assigned country programs and secure alignment with HQ.
Monitor and improve the quality of logistics processes and ensure HQ field alignment.
