Job summary

Allucent is seeking a seasoned Oncology ACE Therapeutic Strategy Head to shape and drive our Oncology strategy, aligning scientific, operational, and commercial perspectives to ensure successful capture and delivery of oncology trials.

You will bridge therapeutic insight with internal SMEs to create differentiated strategic operational solutions for clients, overseeing therapeutically aligned project leadership in a matrixed, growth-focused CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences with oncology focus.
• 15+ years in clinical research and development in oncology.
• Proven track record leading oncology programs across multiple indications.
• Strong ability to align therapeutic insights with operational strategy.
• Excellent communicator able to influence across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ACE Oncology strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide leadership across high-value oncology opportunities and governance.
• Lead operational models for oncology trials and ecosystem of SMEs/partners.
• Oversee delivery performance across the oncology portfolio and KPIs.
• Engage clients, sponsors, and thought leaders to drive growth.
