You will own the full global recruitment cycle—from strategic headhunting to offer negotiations—and build commercial teams across sales, business development, marketing, and product management.

You thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven field, travel to conferences across Europe and the US, and represent SRC-Search at key events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of biotech recruitment, sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English is essential and highly valued.
• Curiosity about the -omics field and ability to engage with biotech clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the full global recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Lead recruitment across global markets and build client/candidate partnerships.
• Partner with biotech companies to assemble high-performing commercial teams across functions.
• Represent SRC-Search at conferences and events across Europe and the US.
