Job summary

Forbo Flooring Systems in Assendelft is seeking a General Services & Strategic Sourcing NPR Coordinator to drive the NPR sourcing programme and later evolve into a Procurement Category Manager for General Services across 13 production sites and multiple sales organisations.

You will coordinate with the external consulting partner and internal stakeholders, manage data access, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations and cost optimization, and support the rollout of our AI-enabled S2P platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Procurement or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years NPR procurement experience in sourcing coordination or category management.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred; willing to travel globally (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NPR sourcing programme portfolio, planning, milestones and tracking.
• Serve as interface between Forbo and consulting partner; manage data access, contracts and supplier information.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and decision-making; support change management.
• Assist RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract implementations.
• Track savings and performance with Procurement Controller.
