Job summary

Nexperia in Nijmegen seeks a Global Sourcing Manager for the Global NPR Team. You will own selected non-product related categories such as People & Professional, IT and Utilities, developing long-term sourcing strategies aligned with leadership and stakeholders.

You will build supplier partnerships, drive cost reductions, manage supplier performance, and lead process improvements while collaborating across borders with Tier 1+2 sites.

Qualifications

• Commercial degree and >10 years of experience in semiconductor or similar industries.
• Proven track record in sourcing roles.
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills amongst various groups of stakeholders across borders (Tier 1+2 sites).
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills.
• Capability of thinking out of the box while challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust and long-term sourcing strategies and roadmaps for owned categories in alignment with sr. leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and nurture long-term supplier partnerships focusing on cost efficiency and best total cost of ownership.
• Manage supplier performance for best-in-class supply base.
• Drive synergy spends to consolidate suppliers and reduce costs on consumables.
• Involve yourself in system and process improvement projects.
• Drive and support stakeholder management on procurement processes.
• Provide support to team colleagues and development.
