Job summary

War Child seeks an SEO consultant to conduct a comprehensive audit and develop an actionable strategy to boost WarChild.net visibility globally. You will evaluate technical SEO, content structure, and user journeys, and benchmark against other NGOs.

The engagement includes a roadmap, GTM guidance, and a knowledge transfer session to build internal SEO capability. The consultant will report to the Head of Communications and work on a flexible, globally open engagement with English proficiency

Qualifications

• Strong SEO expertise with track record of growth
• AI SEO experience and applying AI to SEO
• Experience with website launches or migrations and post-launch optimisation

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit and benchmark against NGOs
• Develop and present an SEO strategy and implementation roadmap
• Coordinate Google Tag Manager setup and guidance as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve rankings and organic visibility across global audiences
• Provide practical, actionable SEO training and knowledge transfer to War Child team
