Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an experienced SEO professional to join the nearshore SEO team within the EMEA group. You will act as a strategic advisor, designing and guiding SEO roadmaps, performing advanced analyses, and mentoring other consultants to achieve client goals.

You will work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, collaborating with global teams and delivering measurable organic growth for diverse clients across industries. Strong English and 3+ years in SEO are required.

• Advanced level of SEO (and GEO) expertise with strategic planning skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage and optimize SEO strategies and guide other consultants effectively.
• Strong analytical thinker who is curious, creative, and can communicate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
• Guide and educate other SEO consultants involved in client roadmaps.
• Perform foundational analyses such as keyword research, technical scans, and backlink audits as needed.
• Independently participate in new business pitches and client projects.
• Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular client reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organic search and adapt strategies accordingly.
