Qualifications

We are recruiting a Site IT Specialist / Project Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Limburg region, Netherlands. This role offers the chance to lead pivotal IT projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on the technological landscape of the site.

This is an initial 12 month mission and requires site based working.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• As the Site IT Specialist / Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of IT applications and infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• As the Site IT Specialist / Project Manager, you will manage project planning, resource coordination, risk mitigation, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• As the Site IT Specialist / Project Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
• As the Site IT Specialist / Project Manager, you will coordinate deployment and support of infrastructure components, including networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and cybersecurity controls.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive industry experience leading complex IT infrastructure, digital transformation, manufacturing, laboratory, or enterprise application projects.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
