Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES seeks an experienced procurement and project management professional for a temporary role supporting a large-scale global transformation. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, science, business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum five years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Strong project and portfolio management experience.
  • Knowledge of change management and strategic sourcing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Services Category Procurement Lead within a global optimization program.
  • Manage project planning, governance, and execution across MRO Parts, MRO Services, and IFM categories.
  • Prepare progress reports including KPI tracking, milestone monitoring, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio review meetings.
  • Facilitate follow up actions with project owners and stakeholders.
  • Deliver analysis and recommendations supporting business optimization objectives.
  • Present project status updates and escalations to executive leadership teams.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across cross functional and international teams.
  • Support sourcing strategies that generate cost savings and productivity improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Participate in and lead Kaizen workshops and process improvement activities.
  • Influence project teams and stakeholders without direct people management responsibility.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum five years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Strong project and portfolio management experience
  • Knowledge of source change management and strategic sourcing projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
