Qualifications

• 6+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience in Marketing, Creative, Production, or Agency categories in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and agency operating models.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements with global creative agencies and production companies.
• Track record delivering cost and value in fast-paced international settings.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier and project management, stakeholder influencing, and communication skills.
• Interest in advertising innovation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled marketing models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Creative and Production categories.
• Lead strategic category planning across marketing spend areas including creative agencies and content production.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Advise senior stakeholders with market insights, benchmarking, and negotiation strategies.
• Identify productivity opportunities balancing creativity, quality, and speed-to-market.
• Monitor industry trends, agency models, and AI-enabled marketing developments to shape strategies.
• Collaborate with Media and Marketing Technology procurement teams on integrated decisions.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and delivery against targets.
