Job summary

MH Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to shape our brand presence and drive global growth by supporting marketing initiatives across channels and markets. You will develop and implement strategies, manage content for social media, intranet, newsletters and other digital materials, update websites, and assist in creating marketing assets using Microsoft Office.

You will track campaign performance and stay ahead of industry trends, with Dutch and English fluency and Rotterdam-area location

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of SEO / SEA techniques and best practices.
• HubSpot knowledge is preferable.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Applicants must be located in The Netherlands, preferably within the Rotterdam area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with strategic goals and target audiences.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, intranet, newsletters, and other digital marketing materials.
• Update, maintain and optimise websites.
• Support the development of marketing assets, including brochures, presentations, and others using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to refine strategies and optimise results.
• Assist in organising and promoting in events, shows and exhibitions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
