Job summary

Embla Medical is seeking a Global Product Owner for Manufacturing Systems to lead the definition, governance, and ongoing evolution of our Manufacturing Product on behalf of Operations. You will shape the future-state manufacturing landscape across processes, systems, data, governance, and ways of working.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure manufacturing capabilities support operational excellence and enterprise priorities across global sites, products

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in manufacturing or operations transformation.
• Deep knowledge of ERP, MES, APS and shop-floor systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive transformation across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve End-to-End manufacturing product vision, roadmap, governance, and target operating model.
• Act as the primary business counterpart to IT, ensuring technology decisions support manufacturing priorities and business objectives.
• Establish governance structures, decision forums, prioritization principles, and escalation paths across functions and locations.
• Translate manufacturing system requirements into clear priorities and investment decisions while balancing strategic objectives and operational realities.
• Drive alignment across Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution, Procurement, Service, Quality & Regulatory, and other key business functions.
• Lead transformation initiatives involving processes, systems, data, and organizational change.
• Ensure manufacturing, ERP, MES, APS, master data, traceability, quality, and compliance requirements are embedded in future-state solutions.
• Create clarity and structure in complex environments and take ownership for delivering outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
