Job summary

INNOPAY, part of Oliver Wyman, is seeking a Manager to lead international client engagements in digital transactions. You will drive open, data-driven business models, coordinate teams, and strengthen INNOPAY’s capabilities in the Netherlands.

You will guide problem-solving, manage client relationships, and contribute to new propositions while staying close to regulatory and technological developments in digital payments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy in digital strategies.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating international engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen and network in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead international INNOPAY project teams and ensure high-quality delivery and client impact.
• Help clients address digital transformation and develop open, data-driven business models.
• Apply expertise in Open Finance, data exchange, APIs, and regulatory topics related to data and payments.
• Frame complex client challenges, guide analysis, and translate insights into pragmatic recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and develop INNOPAY’s presence in the Netherlands.
• Lead and develop consultants, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
