Job summary

INNOPAY, part of Oliver Wyman, seeks a Manager to lead international client engagements and advance data-driven, open finance solutions. You will coordinate project teams, shape innovative strategies, and strengthen INNOPAY’s presence in the Netherlands.

You will mentor consultants, contribute to propositions, and stay abreast of regulatory and tech changes in digital transactions. A hybrid work model with global senior leadership awaits.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy.
• Deep expertise in Open Finance, APIs, data strategy or GDPR/PSD2.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and a Netherlands network.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead international INNOPAY project teams, coordinating engagements and delivering high-quality client impact.
• Develop open, data-driven business models for clients.
• Frame complex client challenges and translate insights into pragmatic recommendations.
• Act as day-to-day client contact and build trusted relationships.
• Develop consultants through coaching and collaboration.
• Contribute to INNOPAY propositions and publications.
• Stay updated on regulatory and technological developments in digital transactions.
• Support INNOPAY’s business development in the Netherlands.
