INNOPAY, part of Oliver Wyman, seeks an experienced Manager to lead international project teams in digital transactions, open finance, and data exchange. You will guide multi-disciplinary client engagements, develop innovative, pragmatic solutions, and strengthen INNOPAY’s market position in the Netherlands.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration across international teams, with a flexible hybrid workload and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy or similar senior advisory role.
• Strong client leadership and delivery capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead international INNOPAY project teams, coordinating engagements and delivering high-impact client work.
• Develop and translate data-driven, open finance and API-focused business models for clients.
• Guide framing of complex client challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients and build trusted relationships.
• Mentor and develop consultants, fostering inclusive, collaborative teams.
• Contribute to INNOPAY propositions and publications and broaden the Netherlands footprint.
