Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Manager, Logistics Network & Orchestration to lead E2E logistics capabilities within the Innovative Medicine Logistics network. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, business or related field.
Certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, Process Excellence or Design Thinking are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Global Logistics Network & Orchestration Template, including standards, controls, roadmap, and lifecycle.
Ensure processes are integrated into the global template and deployed within program scope and timelines.
Navigate design gaps and dependencies; shape capability and release priorities.
Drive measurable enterprise value by monitoring adoption, risk, and continuous improvement.
