Qualifications

• 7–10 years in logistics or supply chain.
• 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams.
• Strong architect mindset: design before optimize.
• Process and systems thinking with automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and scale a world-class operation.
• Architect a scalable logistics organization and upgrade the team.
• Set up dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Ensure full shipment visibility and control.
• Build relationships with suppliers and carriers.
• Enable commercial growth through logistics excellence.
