Job summary

STICHD is seeking a Legal Intern to support our Legal & Compliance team with contracts, records, corporate housekeeping and NDAs. You will gain practical experience in an in-house legal environment within an international player.

Available 24–40 hours per week for 4–6 months, with Dutch and English proficiency, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail. You will contribute to data protection tasks and template improvements while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• WO level studies; available 24-40 hours per week; 4–6 months preferred.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Self-starter with a sharp eye for details and perfectionist mentality.
• Quick learner, eager to grow; organized and structured in your work.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal department with a variety of tasks
• Help manage contracts and keep our records up to date
• Assist with corporate housekeeping and NDAs
• Get a behind-the-scenes look at how a legal team operates
• Compliance and due diligence screenings
• Assist with KYC requests
• Improve templates and standard documentation
• Assist with the Data Processing Register and Privacy related tasks
