Job summary

Kraft Heinz Netherlands is seeking an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student to join the Legal Department in Amsterdam as an intern. You will take ownership of varied tasks in commercial and corporate matters and collaborate with business teams and senior leaders.

You will draft and revise contracts, review marketing materials, assist with corporate actions, and conduct legal research under Dutch and Belgian law.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Law, preferably with some in-house or law firm experience.
• Advanced English language level (B2-C1).
• Native Dutch speaker or advanced Dutch (B2-C1).
• Excellent digital skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, e-Signature tools).
• Eager to learn, organized, proactive self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise national and international contracts (sales, distribution, marketing, procurement).
• Support review of marketing campaigns and materials.
• Assist in corporate legal activities (powers of attorney, board/shareholders resolutions).
• Conduct legal research under Dutch and Belgian law.
