Job summary

STICHD is seeking a Legal Intern to support our Legal & Compliance team with contracts, records, corporate housekeeping and NDAs. You will gain practical experience in an in-house legal environment within an international player.

Available 24–40 hours per week for 4–6 months, with Dutch and English proficiency, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail. You will contribute to data protection tasks and template improvements while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

The Job

As a Legal Intern, you will support our Legal & Compliance team with a wide range of legal, compliance and administrative activities. You will help manage contracts, keep legal records up to date and assist with corporate housekeeping and NDAs. You will also support compliance and due diligence screenings, handle KYC requests and contribute to privacy-related activities, including maintaining the Data Processing Register. In addition, you will help improve legal templates and standard documentation. This role gives you a valuable behind-the-scenes look at how an in-house legal team operates, while giving you the opportunity to take initiative, work independently and gain practical legal experience in an international environment. We are preferably looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
