Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Learning & Development professional to own training needs across the organisation, translating priorities into practical learning solutions and delivering projects from brief to implementation.

You will design, develop, and roll out global training programmes, coordinate events and materials, and collaborate with HR and teams across countries to ensure scalable, high‑quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of learning needs analysis, training design, and development of practical learning solutions.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, ask the right questions, and translate needs into clear learning briefs or project plans.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engaging with business stakeholders to understand training, leadership, and development needs across the organisation
• Translate business priorities and capability gaps into practical learning solutions, delivered on a project basis from brief to implementation
• Design, develop, and roll out global training programmes, development initiatives, and supporting learning materials
• Coordinate training activities, events, and project logistics to ensure smooth delivery and a strong learner experience
• Create, update, and maintain training content and communication materials, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor learning progress, gather feedback, and report on the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and functional teams across countries to ensure learning solutions are aligned, scalable, and business relevant
