Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Learning & Development professional to translate business priorities into practical training solutions across the organisation, from brief to implementation. You will design, develop, and roll out global programmes, and coordinate content and learner experiences.

You will collaborate with HR and regional teams to ensure learning is aligned, scalable, and impactful. The role offers a hybrid work model, 25 days annual leave, travel allowances, access to the Academy,

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of learning needs analysis, training design, and development of practical learning solutions.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, ask the right questions, and translate needs into clear learning briefs or project plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engaging with business stakeholders to understand training, leadership, and development needs across the organisation
• Translate business priorities and capability gaps into practical learning solutions, delivered on a project basis from brief to implementation
• Design, develop, and roll out global training programmes, development initiatives, and supporting learning materials
• Coordinate training activities, events, and project logistics to ensure smooth delivery and a strong learner experience
• Create, update, and maintain training content and communication materials, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor learning progress, gather feedback, and report on the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and functional teams across countries to ensure learning solutions are aligned, scalable, and business relevant

• Training effectiveness, measured through learner feedback, knowledge retention, behaviour change, and application of learning in the workplace
• Business impact of learning initiatives, linked to agreed project objectives, capability gaps, operational priorities, or performance indicators
• Quality of stakeholder engagement, including accurate needs analysis, clear briefs, timely alignment, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Successful delivery of learning projects against agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and learner experience expectations
• Adoption and completion of relevant learning solutions, with active follow-up on participation, feedback, and improvement opportunities
• Continuous improvement of learning content and solutions based on feedback, data, business input, and evolving organisational needs

What we are looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination, or a related field
• Strong understanding of learning needs analysis, training design, and development of practical learning solutions
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, ask the right questions, and translate needs into clear learning briefs or project plans
• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, content creation, logistics, and follow-up actions
• Confident communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions, countries, and levels of the organisation
• Experience with digital learning platforms, learning content tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting on learning activity or feedback
• Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to take ownership while knowing when to involve others
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a consistent, high-quality learner and stakeholder experience
