Job summary

War Child Alliance is seeking a Learning Designer to make the Care System learning paths scalable for global use. You will design and co-create blended learning resources with core EBM teams and partners, ensuring accessibility and quality across contexts.

You will develop activity-based, learner-centered courses, including storyboard work, possible animations, video and illustrations, and support translations as needed to reach diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Education in Instructional Design, Digital Arts, or equivalent for global audiences.
• Experience designing scalable learning models.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Evolve is a must.
• A minimum of 5 years creating in-product micro learning with a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of learning design projects related to the Care System.
• Lead inclusive co-creation workshops with partners and stakeholders.
• Design, develop and publish blended learning paths and learning resources.
• Create activity-based, learner-centered e-learning with storyboard, animations, video or illustrations.
• Produce accessible learning materials and prototypes for learning paths and platforms.
• Plan user testing and adapt learning trajectories based on feedback.
