Qualifications

• Degree in education and training development or related programme.
• At least three years in eLearning development within the last five years.
• Experience communicating with clients and subject matter experts through the design process.
• Hands-on use of current authoring tools to build standards‑compliant learning content.
• Experience developing content inside Moodle.
• A portfolio with at least three eLearning projects and representative storyboards.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across nations and partners to analyse learning needs.
• Define clear, measurable learning objectives aligned with the course.
• Design course structure: modules, lessons, assessments, and content flow.
• Develop instructional content from source material using storyboard-based design.
• Select instructional strategies for different learning styles.
• Design pre-, formative and summative assessments to gauge progress.
• Run evaluations to measure course impact and gather feedback for revisions.
• Provide instructional design support and quality assurance to other providers.
• Prepare, facilitate and evaluate instructor-led, virtual and residential activities.
• Research emerging learning technologies and advise on adoption.
