Qualifications

• Education in Instructional Design, Digital Arts, or equivalent for global audiences.
• Minimum 5 years creating in-product micro learning and a portfolio.
• Experience with e-learning tools, learning platforms and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning design projects for Care System implementation.
• Design and facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
• Plan, design and produce activity-based, learner-centered e-learning content.
