Job summary

War Child Alliance seeks a Learning Designer for the Care System to design scalable, adaptive learning paths and resources for global partners. You will create blended paths, collaborate with core EBM teams, and co-create with replication partners to ensure contextualized, co-owned solutions.

The role requires experience with Evolve, multiple learning tools, and strong facilitation across diverse, international stakeholders. Travel may be required for workshops and field trainings.

Qualifications

• Education in Instructional Design, Digital Arts, or equivalent.
• 5+ years creating in-product micro learning.
• Experience with Evolve is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning design projects for Care System implementation.
• Design inclusive, co-created learning paths for partners.
• Plan, design and produce activity-based, learner-centered e-learning.
• Develop adaptive learning processes and evaluate learning trajectories.
