Job summary

Kiwa is seeking a Business Process Analyst to model complex processes across multiple countries as part of the Flow! programme. You will map and govern processes, lead workshops, and translate observations into clear BPMN models and actionable recommendations.

Based in the Netherlands with hybrid work options, you will interact with senior stakeholders, support ERP transformations (D365), and help build a scalable governance framework across 30+ countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience as a business process analyst or similar
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 modelling
• Experience with process repositories like Mavim, ARIS or Signavio
• Experience with data analysis and visualization (Power BI)
• Ability to translate process data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Experience managing stakeholders in an international organisation
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage
• Based in the Netherlands and allowed to work here.

Responsibilities

• Model business processes in BPMN 2.0 from value chain to task level
• Run as-is and to-be analyses to identify improvements
• Analyse process mining data to assess real-world performance
• Turn analysis into visuals and actionable recommendations
• Maintain process documentation in a central repository across countries
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders
• Support impact assessments for process changes with local entities
• Work with project teams during country rollouts
• Help develop the BPM framework, governance and performance measurement
