Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in supply chain.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end global supply chain strategy for launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, Finance, Commercial.
• Drive alignment among senior partners and manage risks in launch programs.
• Ensure distribution readiness and global trade compliance in launches.
• Provide governance and transparent communication to leadership.
