Job summary

This senior knowledge management professional will join a global function to advance content quality, governance, usability, adoption, and scalable practices. You will work across central teams and local stakeholders to improve how critical knowledge is created, governed, maintained, and accessed.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives, enhancing findability and accessibility, and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in knowledge management or related field.
• Experience in global or matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical knowledge solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience organizing, governing, and making knowledge accessible.
• Analytical mindset using data and metrics for improvement.
• Familiarity with KM systems, standards, writing guidelines, and AI-enabled search.
• Strong prioritisation and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve knowledge capture and access.
• Develop content standards, governance frameworks, workflows, and quality controls.
• Advise on content structure for usability, findability, and AI-readiness.
• Improve KM platforms, tools, and search capabilities.
• Define and track metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
• Support adoption of new tools and processes across teams.
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaborative ways of working.
