Cybersecurity Implementation Project Manager

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Project Manager for coordinating and delivering cybersecurity implementation projects in the Netherlands. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout onboarding.

You will work closely with Sales, Consultancy, Engineering, and Security Operations to ensure successful outcomes and continuous process improvements. Dutch and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Relevant experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Interest in or affinity with cybersecurity and IT services.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support implementation projects for cybersecurity services, including XDR solutions.
• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and project evaluations.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout implementation.
• Monitor project plans, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Support resource planning with the planning team.
• Track project activities to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Consultancy, Engineering, Security Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate Technical Assessment Services (TAS), including penetration tests.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and administration.
• Serve as the central link between customers, Sales, Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Planning to support successful cybersecurity service onboarding.
