Job summary

Awin is seeking a Project Manager to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and support delivery across business, finance, operations, and technology. You will join a globally distributed PMO and work across multiple geographies, ensuring clear communication and momentum.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build relationships with stakeholders, monitor project health with KPIs, and help teams adopt new ways of working while developing your PM expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading cross-functional projects or programs in fast-paced, international environments.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant degree with applied knowledge of methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects and programs, managing scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Define and enforce fit-for-purpose project documentation and governance tailored to complexity.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the project, promoting alignment and teamwork across geographies.
• Monitor project health using metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures for leadership insights.
• Present updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Support analysis, planning, and change activities to enable informed decisions.
• Own professional development and identify growth opportunities aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to development of PMO standards, tools, and ways of working.
