Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is actively expanding its international direct sales presence in the Netherlands. The International Growth Lead will build and lead a small team while personally pursuing strategic opportunities and shaping our international growth strategy.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive market entry plans and develop scalable sales processes to convert opportunities into measurable revenue.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of B2B technology sales experience.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch.
• Experience selling internationally or with multinational customers.
• Strong commercial negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching colleagues, leading teams or managing commercial initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international sales team.
• Drive international growth by identifying new markets, building pipeline and winning new business.
• Manage and close complex enterprise sales opportunities with multinational customers, scale-ups and OEMs.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Contribute to commercial strategy, including market expansion and go-to-market approaches.
• Collaborate with Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Delivery teams to maximize growth.
