Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Internal Communications Business Partner to act as a strategic pillar within the People Communications and Change department, advising senior leaders and aligning global and local IC needs.

You will lead cross‑functional campaigns, manage budgets and platforms, translate business goals into clear communication initiatives, and continuously improve messaging through analytics and feedback across international markets.

Qualifications

• Strategic IC Expertise: Proven experience driving internal communications initiatives within large, international, or tech‑focused organizations.
• Leadership alignment: Advising and influencing C‑Suite and senior executives to achieve goals.
• Campaign management: Architecting and delivering complex, high‑stakes communication campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Executive partnering: Serve as a primary strategic partner to C‑Level leaders, aligning global and local IC needs with business objectives.
• Campaign architecture: Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional campaigns across departments to bring vision and strategy to life.
• Portfolio & operational standards: Manage budgets and oversee core platforms (local channels, all‑hands, insights) for high‑impact delivery.
• Strategic alignment: Translate complex business goals into clear, engaging communication initiatives across functions.
• Continuous improvement: Use channel analytics and qualitative feedback to refine messaging and maximize engagement.
