Job summary

Advario seeks an Internal Communications Business Partner in Rotterdam to translate strategy, priorities and culture into engaging employee communications. You will oversee the internal communications framework, align global campaigns and strengthen the internal brand across the organization.

Providing strategic advice and hands-on delivery, you will collaborate with the VP Communications and stakeholders, develop impactful campaigns, and measure effectiveness with analytics in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• University degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal/corporate communications or related field.
• Experience developing strategies and campaigns for global audiences.
• Experience using analytics to measure communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute global internal communications strategy aligned with priorities and culture.
• Own and improve the internal communications framework and channels (ADVAnet, AdvaGO).
• Lead branding, campaigns and engagement across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies as needed.
