Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with focus on campaign management and strategy development
• Proven experience with U.S. and international talent and strong global networks
• Track record of successful global influencer campaigns driving brand awareness and measurable results
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset to define and track KPIs and derive insights
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion
• Collaborate with Director to build international campaign roadmaps
