Job summary

Monks is hiring an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to lead international influencer campaigns from concept to completion. You will be the primary client contact and coordinate a cross-functional team across Growth, Strategists, Creatives, Producers, and more.

You will manage casting, outreach, negotiations, content reviews, and reporting while safeguarding timelines and budgets. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years work experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong experience creating and managing influencer marketing campaigns across all social platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).
• Fluent in English and/or additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from kick-off to final delivery.
• Oversee casting, outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content reviews.
• Manage client relationships and ensure campaigns stay on budget and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Data, Paid Media & Strategy teams on reporting and insights.
• Guide campaign teams and ensure high-quality creative assets and final reports.
