Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking an ambitious HR professional to join the Global HR team, working directly with the CHRO to shape and drive the global HR agenda across markets. This role offers broad exposure to all HR areas in an international retail environment and strong visibility with senior leadership.

As the right hand to the CHRO, you will coordinate strategic HR projects, support leadership communications and deliver insights through dashboards, reporting and presentations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, HRBP, project coordination, consulting or similar.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to work with senior leaders.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with organizational and execution skills.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills for executive presentations and leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central connector between the CHRO, HR Centres of Expertise, HR teams and local markets.
• Coordinate strategic HR projects and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
• Support the CHRO with presentations, leadership updates, meeting prep and stakeholder communication.
• Handling HR reporting, insights and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual HR strategy and budget planning process.
• Oversee the Global HR calendar and alignment across HR activities.
• Support governance, policies and global HR standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and keep priorities moving forward.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and deadlines.
