Job summary

Hunkemöller offers a Global HR internship based in Hilversum, providing hands-on experience in translating HR strategy into action within an international organisation. You will work closely with the CHRO and Global HR Business Coordinator, contributing to projects across Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Internal Communications.

You will learn how a global HR function operates across countries, how data drives decisions, and how to manage projects with senior

Qualifications

Enrolled at a school or university for the full internship duration.
Available for 5 months starting February 2027.
EU citizenship or valid Dutch visa under applicable rules.
Current student in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Support global HR projects linked to People Strategy.
Translate people data into insights to improve HR processes.
Coordinate and communicate the global performance review cycle.
Help organise international HR events, including Global HR Away Days.
Create professional presentations for senior HR meetings.
Prepare meetings, collect information, and coordinate with stakeholders across countries.
Support projects across Employee Experience, AI, Internal Communications, Rewards & Recognition, and ESG/CSRD.
Take ownership of deliverables and propose improvements.
