Job summary

Hunkemöller B.V. is seeking a dynamic HR professional to play a central role across all HR areas. You will work with senior leadership and connect people, projects and priorities across our global HR teams and local markets.

In this fast-paced environment you will coordinate strategic HR projects, support the CHRO with presentations and updates, and help turn strategy into action while delivering actionable insights. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience or HRBP/partnering background.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or business-related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with project execution skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central connector between CHRO, HR Centres of Expertise, and local markets.
• Coordinate strategic HR projects and ensure actions are completed.
• Support the CHRO with presentations, updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Handle HR reporting, insights, and dashboards for decision-making.
• Coordinate annual HR strategy and budget planning.
• Oversee the Global HR calendar and align key activities.
• Support governance, policies, and global HR standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to move priorities forward.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
