Nidec Motor Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, and the full talent cycle for its European HQ and sales organization.

You will own onboarding, expat relocation and 30% ruling, monthly payroll, WKR compliance, and performance processes, partnering with Finance and external providers. Fluent English and Dutch required; Loket experience preferred and Workday migration planned.

Formación

• 4–7 years of hands-on HR experience in a small-to-medium international setup (~50–100 employees).
• Operational mindset, organized, and approachable; comfortable handling admin tasks personally.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law, Wet Poortwachter, and WKR guidelines.
• Experience with expat onboarding, visas, and the 30% ruling.
• Experience validating monthly payroll input and mutations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee onboarding, contracts, and offboarding for ~50 employees.
• Serve as HR contact for employees and managers on policies and benefits.
• Maintain and GDPR-compliant HR systems (Loket) and personnel files.
• Manage relocation, visas, housing guidance, and 30% ruling processes for expats.
• Coordinate expat payroll data with providers and mobility vendors.
• Prepare monthly payroll data and assist with audits.
• Oversee annual performance cycle, salary actions, and promotions.
• Recruitment: post jobs, schedule interviews, and issue offers.
• Track sick leave under Wet Poortwachter and manage local benefits.
