Job summary

ACT Group is looking for an HR Officer a.i. to cover maternity leave, primarily supporting the Netherlands, with links to the UK, France and Spain. You will manage onboarding and offboarding, employee changes and complex HR queries, and coordinate payroll inputs with our mobility provider.

Maintain accurate HR data, perform checks, and improve processes and documentation. Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, IT and external providers to deliver reliable employee support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience in an international environment.
• Practical knowledge of Dutch employment requirements and payroll coordination.
• Strong HR systems and data skills; Workday experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes and complex HR queries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies and oversee benefits, pension and insurance administration.
• Support international relocations with our external mobility provider.
• Maintain accurate HR data, perform checks and improve processes and documentation.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, Legal, IT and external providers to deliver reliable employee support.
