Job summary

Destinus is seeking a proactive HR intern to join our Netherlands team. You’ll support daily HR operations across the Netherlands and other European sites, assist probation reviews, and handle basic employee inquiries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast learner, adaptable and responsible.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Support our HR Team in the Netherlands with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with the coordination and follow-up of probation period reviews.
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiries.
• Prepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow-ups.
• Support in maintaining and updating organizational charts.
• Contribute to the coordination of the company’s 360° performance review process.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
